Refund Policy for Naturale Life Coaching Services and Merchandise

At Naturale Life, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for coaching services directly from Naturale Life within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds are available for merchandise purchased directly from Naturale Life within 30- days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must obtain pre-approval by contacting our customer service team within the 7-day or 30-day period based upon service or merchandise.

2. Coaching Services Refunds

  • To request a refund for coaching services, please contact us at cem@naturalelife.biz with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.

  • Refund requests for coaching services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may require additional information to process your request.

  • Approved refunds for coaching services will be processed within 30 business days of approval.

3. Merchandise Refunds

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at cem@naturalelife.biz to obtain pre-approval and return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise is defective or incorrect.

  • Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.

  • Coaching sessions that have been initiated or fully utilized are not eligible for a refund.
